Do you see yourself as a leader? It depends what the scale is really? If I’m being honest, I will say no. I can make hard decisions for myself and deal with the consequences and outcomes. However, leaders have to make tough decisions. Decisions that affect everyone and that’s not something I’m comfortable with.
